Effective . These terms cover your use of easyspoof.vip and the Easyspoof software described on it. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.
The website
easyspoof.vip publishes information about Easy Spoof, including the current version number, features, and install steps. Pages can change or go offline without notice. Guides are general. Your device, iOS version, and install tool may behave differently.
No affiliation
Pokemon Go is a trademark of Niantic and The Pokemon Company. Easyspoof is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or Apple.
Game rules and account risk
Pokemon Go has its own terms. Location spoofing can violate those terms. Niantic may warn, restrict, or ban an account. You use Easyspoof at your own risk. Avoid teleporting too often, and follow cooldown rules if you choose to continue.
Nothing on this site promises that the app is undetectable, that a ban is impossible, or that a spawn, raid, or event will be available when you arrive.
The app
Easyspoof is described as an iOS GPS tool. A free version exists. Premium features are optional and are not required to read this website. The current build listed on the homepage is 1.0.2.48 for Pokémon version 0.325.2. Install only files you obtained from the EasySpoof download page. You are responsible for sideloading with tools such as AltStore or Cydia Impactor, and for turning on Developer Mode yourself.
A jailbreak is not required. The app still needs the permissions you grant on your device.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live if that age is higher. You must also be allowed to use Pokemon Go under its own rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the app to break the law, to attack someone else’s device or account, or to interfere with this website. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and Easyspoof name on this site belong to their owner. Game names and logos belong to their owners. You may share links to these pages. You may not republish the pages as your own.
Disclaimer
The site and the app are provided “as is.” There is no warranty of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features can fail after an iOS or Pokemon Go update.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Easyspoof is not liable for lost accounts, lost items, lost profits, device issues, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from the site or the app. If a warranty cannot legally be excluded, the remedy is limited to using or not using the site.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The effective date at the top will change with it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
